FAQ

1) Go to the Pre-Order page.

2) Click the specified product that you like.

3) Click "Join Waiting List" button to register / sign in. Once registered, you are added to the waiting list queue and will receive an email confirming your registration on the waiting list.

4) We will send an email including a link to purchase the product, when it’s your turn. The pre-order will be on a first-come, first-served basis, and there is a risk that they will be sold out. Therefore, we suggest you to finalize the payment at checkout upon receiving the email.

Currently we are able to ship orders to US, EU, Singapore and China. We are still working on to be able to ship to more areas. Stay tuned.

The pre-order products are estimated to be shipped before September, 2020.

1) While we estimate that shipments will be made before September 2020, you understand and agree that due to the situation with the Covid-19, there are logistic restrictions that pose risks, such as various import & export restrictions, which can cause further delays. We do not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the product by aforementioned estimated date. In the event that the shipment of the product could not be made at the estimated time of delivery, we do not responsible for any damages that may occur to any such delays. If for any reason you decide that you do not wish to continue to wait for your product, you may cancel your reservation as provided for in Article 2 below.

2) Once you place an order and make the payment, your order can not be cancelled and not refundable. However, if the estimated time of delivery changes, you will have the option to manage or cancel your order prior to your product is shipped.

3) When you place a Pre-order, you will be required to provide information such as your address and billing details. You shall ensure that such information is kept current. We shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping details. You can update your information at any time prior to your product being shipped by sending an e-mail to support@mh-purar.com.

4) Terms and conditions subject to change without prior notice.

5) Once you place a Pre-order with us, it means that you have accepted these terms & conditions.

Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at  support@mh-purar.com and send your item to: 3 FUSIONOPOLIS WAY #11-24; SYMBIOSIS , Singapore 138633, Singapore.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
